Returns / Exchanges

At Glory Haus, we stand behind our products. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please call the customer service department at 1-866-953-1762 for exchange or return instructions.

Note: if you purchased your product from a 3rd party retailer, it must be returned to the retailer.


Retail Customers

  • You may exchange/return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in the condition in which you received them. Please note: Personalized products cannot be returned.
  • Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the exchange/refund process. Please allow 14 days for processing your return once the product is received at our warehouse.
  • Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility; however, Glory Haus will pay the return shipping fee if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective merchandise).
  • Enclose a copy of the order receipt, packing slip or invoice. For exchanges, the product should be in resale condition, including all boxes, labels and tags.
  • If you receive a Glory Haus item from our website as a gift, you may exchange the item within 30 days for an item of equal or lesser value.

Wholesale Customers

  • You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in the condition in which you received them. Please note: Name drop or personalized products cannot be returned.
  • Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the exchange/refund process. Please allow 14 days for processing your return once the product is received at our warehouse.
  • Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility and a 15% restocking fee will be incurred. Glory Haus will, however, pay the return shipping fee and absorb the restocking fee if the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective item).
  • Enclose a copy of the order receipt, packing slip or invoice. The product should be in resale condition, including all boxes, labels and tags. No product will be accepted if your store‚Äôs pricing stickers are attached.
