1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

2. If I purchased through a local retailer can I return my product(s) to Glory Haus?
No, all product purchased through your local retailer will need to be returned to them for exchange or refund.

3. What is your return policy?
You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in the condition in which you received them. Personalized products are a final sale and cannot be returned.

4. Is my account information protected?
The Glory Haus website runs on a secure server and we safely enter your account information. We will never sell your information.

5. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping is currently offered for retail customers at checkout. However, paying for expedited shipping only changes the shipping time, there still must be an allowed time window for processing the order.  We request that all orders with expedited shipping call Customer Service at 866-953-1762 for expedited processing and shipping. 

6. Is international shipping available?
No, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States at this time.
