SHIPPING

We ship most US orders via FedEx or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. 

Each new order will be shipped as timely as possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Occasionally, in peak season there are exceptions of 5-10 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it's arrival time will depend on your shipping preference.

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.

Express Shipping is available for most in-stock products in our online store, and is only available for orders within the Contiguous US. Express Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for either FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2-day. Orders placed before 2pm EST will be shipped same-business day. All orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped next-business day. We ship Monday-Friday from our local warehouse; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

Yes, expedited shipping is currently offered for retail customers at checkout. However, paying for expedited shipping only changes the shipping time, there still must be an allowed time window for processing the order.  We request that all orders with expedited shipping call Customer Service at 866-953-1762 for expedited processing and shipping. 

No, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States at this time.

RETURNS

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include personalized tea towels, ornaments, table runners, or tree skirts unless defective.

If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. If we have made a mistake on your product, we will replace it!

No, all product purchased through your local retailer will need to be returned to them for exchange or refund.

MISCELLANEOUS

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Our coupon codes must always be entered at check-out to apply. They do not apply to tax, and each coupon will have it's own terms and conditions. Often, it is only possible to use one coupon code per order.

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you if a product’s availability changes after you have placed and paid for your order. Please contact Customer Service for additional information.
